Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access after purchase, all sales of digital products (including Prompt Vault) are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

Services

Once project work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any service delivery begins, a 50% refund may be granted at our discretion.
